The 'Hoopster Of The Week'
for this week
goes to:
the Big Black Lady, 6-2, 175, who was the
2018 Tennessee Miss Basketball and
Tennessee Gatorade Player of the Year,
and won Gold with Team USA
International Play, then was drafted
1st overall in 2022, and quickly became
Rookie of the Year and she also
plays for Unrivaled, while shooting and
making 9 three point shots in a game twice,
and so much more...
Black Basketball History Month was
founded by Ralph Winge, D.D.S.
in 2025 to acknowledge, praise,
and hold high, with cheer, the untold
numbers of International Black Men
and Women, both past and present,
that made us go, "Wow!...Whoa!...
...and...OMGosh!" in their nonstop,
valiant, and always surprising,
individual and team
efforts to put the ball through the
hoop the most, to win games and
championships!
