Black Basketball History Month!... Hoopster Of The Week!...Azura Stevens!

The 'Hoopster Of The Week'

for this week

goes to:

the Big Black Lady, 6-1, 180, who deftly plays

power forward and center in the WNBA and

she won the championship in 2021 as a

Chicago Sky team member,  plus she was an

Unrivaled Championship team member in

2025, plus she won gold at the FIBA under-19

World Cup in 2015 in Russia,

and so much more...

...Azura Stevens!

Black Basketball History Month was

founded by Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.

in 2025 to acknowledge, praise,

and hold high, with cheer, the untold

numbers of International Black Men

and Women, both past and present,

that made us go, "Wow!...Whoa!...

...and...OMGosh!" in their nonstop,

valiant, and always surprising,

individual and team

efforts to put the ball through the

hoop the most, to win games and

championships!

The Founder of Black Basketball History Month,

Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.,

is also a Basketball enthusiast,

and USC Dental School Graduate.
