The 'Hoopster Of The Week'
for this week
goes to:
the Big Black Lady, 5-10, 150, who was a
WNBA Champion four years straight, and
was the Finals MVP each of those four times,
plus a Scoring Champion 3x and season
MVP three straight times at the start of the
WNBA, and 2x Scoring Champion in college,
all the while being a 3xAll-Star Gamer, plus
she has coached at a plethora of college and
pro teams, and she has won Olympic,
FIBA, and Pan Am Gold as a USA team
member, plus they practically begged her
to be in the Naismith and Women's
Basketball HOFs,
plus so much more...
Black Basketball History Month was
founded by Ralph Winge, D.D.S.
in 2025 to acknowledge, praise,
and hold high, with cheer, the untold
numbers of International Black Men
and Women, both past and present,
that made us go, "Wow!...Whoa!...
...and...OMGosh!" in their nonstop,
valiant, and always surprising,
individual and team
efforts to put the ball through the
hoop the most, to win games and
championships!
